Welcome to Calypso Inn! This 3-story town home is situated in the cozy town of Seagrove, located right off of Highway 30A between Seaside and Watersound. The home consists of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths; the perfect amount of space to host your entire family. The first floor opens up to a beautiful foyer that welcomes you to the start of your classic Florida beach vacation. You will also find a master bedroom on the first floor where you will not only get a restful night of sleep but can also enjoy the rays of Florida sunshine from the attached covered porch. The second level is where most guests spend their time cooking meals in the kitchen, playing games in the living/dining area, or embracing the beautiful view of the community pool from the 19 X 10 covered balcony. The second level also houses another master bedroom and convenient powder room. The third level accesses two more bedrooms, and a full bathroom perfect for children or adults alike to stay in. To complete the house, it has its own garage access from the street, and a golf cart included in the rental! Public beach access is located just a quick bike ride, walk, or golf cart away!

My family and I stayed as a guest labor day weekend. This place was all that the listing said it was. This is a place that we would stay again.

"Kelly and Maddie at Costal 30A Destinations are the absolute best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. What could have been a family vacation nightmare became a dream vacation because of them. When we made the reservation for our three-generation family vacation in March, we used VRBO as we had many times in past years. Upon our arrival we found out that our fully paid vacation rental with VRBO did not exist. The property we had rented had been sold. Although we had been in contact with the owner who assured us that our reservation was totally secure and that they were honoring rentals through the end of the year, we arrived to find out that our rental was occupied and unavailable. Imagine the shock and stress.A call was made to Kelly at Costal 30A Destinations (the new property management company). Kelly and Maddie worked diligently to find a solution. Together with a customer service rep at VRBO they were able to get us a full credit and although we had to change locations and give up a few amenities Kelly and Maddie found us a better, more beautiful home, arranged for us to have a golf cart (free of charge), brought us gasoline for the golf cart AND brought over a gas grill! They checked in with us several times throughout our stay to be sure everything was up to our satisfaction and offered to hold off processing the rental charge until the VRBO credit was received. Their customer service is exemplary!! They went over and above to rectify the issue for us. What could have been extremely stressful turned into a very positive experience. Our entire family is so thankful and grateful for all they did.I do not hesitate to endorse Costal 30A Destinations and will absolutely work with them in the future."

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is huge and beautifully decorated. My favorite was the huge bathrooms and closets. The managers communicated really well and we overall had a great experience!

Awesome house! Close to the beach and restaurants!
Nice townhouse. Fully stocked, probably the best stocked beach place we have stayed at. Thankfully this place came with a golf cart and with the location of the beach access you really need it carrying all your stuff down to the beach. Be prepared to cross through knee deep water to get to the beach as the beach access is right next to a lake. That was a bit surprising as we had never stayed up this way in Seagrove before. Very little beach parking, so dropping your stuff off and then taking the golf cart back to the house is what you may end up having to do.
