This place is perfect for a (small or large) family getaway. All you need are your swimsuits. Towels, bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs ready for use. Comfortable and luxurious, with high ceilings, modern design (Swiss toilets and faucets, plank tile flooring), fully equipped kitchen, and room for 10! Great stay.

Sandy Bottoms was a great place for our gathering of friends. The unit was clean, spacious and had plenty of sleeping options. Parking for three vehicles. Enjoyed the back patio and balcony for gathering or watching the sunset through the trees. Convenient to the beach (bike, walk, or drive), nearby restaurants, and other area amenities. We used the bikes to get around easily. Would definitely visit again.

From beginning to end of our vacation, Sandy Bottoms was the place to stay. The home is exceptionally well furnished with two family gathering rooms. There is a living room on the first floor and a large family room and balcony on the second floor. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are great. The kitchen is very well furnished should you want to cook during your stay. Good restaurants are close. There is a patio in the back with a natural gas grill, table with benches and outside chairs. Bikes are provided. The beach is minutes away by car or close enough to walk. My husband and I throughly enjoyed our vacation at Sandy Bottoms with our family.

We were so happy to bring our toddler and grandparents to this home. The property was well maintained, clean, and we were given large supplies of clean towels cleaning supplies and toiletries. We used the beach chairs, SUPs, and bikes throughout our stay. It was nice having different living room options so our toddler could have a kid movie on and play with toys upstairs while the guys watched sports downstairs. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cooking gear needed for dinners and cookie making. We liked that we were so close to the beach, could walk to Rosemary Beach for shopping and restaurants, and could walk to the Donut Hole in the mornings. The pool was nice and we spent our evenings there. We loved this location and will book here again!

My family of 6 spent a long weekend at Sandy Bottoms and had a great time. The location is across the highway from the beach, but I thought the short drive back and forth was more comfortable than a long walk with a wagon full of kids' stuff at Rosemary. We had ample space and every amenity we could ask for. I think we'll be coming back!
Overall, it was exactly what we wanted. What was exceptional...the customer service of the kind, attentive ladies at 30A.
