We had an amazing stay. Super clean, convenient to area, plenty to do for kids and whole family.

Our group made the best use of the third floor deck with the tv and grill. Perfect for playing games and chilling out. We loved the location -- just steps from the pool, restaurants and the Seacrest Farmers Market on Sunday morning. House had all the amenities as advertised -- we appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels so much. Welcome gift bag was a really nice touch as well. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect home for our group of five and our spouses! Location was ideal for walking to the bars and restaurants and we used the bikes every day. Top floor deck was our go-to spot for grilling out and watching tv or reading. Loved the beds -- super comfortable and SeaLaVie had every amenity in the kitchen we could imagine. Thank you for the welcome gift -- very thoughtful! We will be back.

Location of beach house is wonderful. We were close to pool and beach access. We did have problem with 3rd floor air conditioning, but it was repaired in a very timely manner. The bicycles were in great condition. We especially enjoyed the 3rd floor porch. I would suggest more detailed information about how to operate the televisions. We never did master that!

This home was exactly as described -- perfect location to the shops, restaurants, beach and pool! Super clean. The bikes were so fun to use up and down 30a and we spent every evening on the third floor deck grilling, playing games and singing karaoke! Huge props for the extra amenities like beach towels and plentiful shampoos, soaps, hand towels, etc. We even pulled the sheets back to see the brand name of the mattresses as they were so comfortable! Highly recommend when you need a great escape to 30a!

From the top floor deck where our group grilled dinner and played cards all night, to the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a rental, to being able to walk everywhere we will totally be back to rent this house!Our group loved the walking distance to the beach and pool and loved how we could walk to dinner when we weren't grilling on the top deck. HIGHLY recommend you book this house if you are considering it. We also really appreciated everything these hosts provided! From kayaks, bikes, chairs, and various beach toys it made it so easy for us to visit and still get to do everything we could dream of.

We had beautiful weather on our visit and spent every afternoon on the third floor deck enjoying the breeze, grilling out, playing games and watching tv. The new mattresses offered a great sleeping experience for all -- much appreciated. Bikes are brand new as well and were so much fun. Very clean home with lots of amenities. Perfect experience in a perfect location in Seacrest Beach!

This home is luxury! It is decorated beautifully throughout, and the location is immaculate. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, our entire family fit with room to spare. We loved not only the house and all its amenities, but also the community of Seacrest. so many shops, restaurants, pool & amphitheater in walking or biking distance. Grateful to have found such a great spot in Seacrest!

My family loved Sea LaVie! It is ideally located near the Seacrest pool and shops and restaurants. The top floor deck was a great place to grill and watch tv and play games. Beds were super comfortable and the added amenities were appreciated. Lots of room for our family to spread out!

Seacrest was the perfect location for our girl’s weekend getaway! We relaxed on the beach most of the day, and then were able to easily walk right over to dinner! We also greatly appreciated Coastal 30A’s concierge services! They helped to recommend many local eateries, and even helped point us in the direction of setting up a fun beach bonfire! Will be back next year!

Great home with perfect Seacrest location. Two living areas in addition to the large top deck, so everyone was happy! Booked beach chairs months in advance of stay, would highly recommend front row/premium!

My kids LOVE the lagoon pool in Seacrest, the home is only a 2-minute walk away so that was a huge plus for us! I also cannot say enough good things about the home itself, great living space, comfortable beds, bunk beds for kids, and many beach toys included. We are already looking to book this one again next year!

Sea la Vie is a beautiful home. Very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed relaxing on the main porch and grilling out on the rooftop for casual dinner nights. The inclusion of 4 bikes was also a huge plus and big hit with our kids. Great family vacation.

So far this is our favorite home we have stayed at in 30A! We have been coming to 30A for the past 3 Spring Breaks and I think we have found a winner! Perfect for the kids to explore the town of Seacrest on bikes, while adults hung out on rooftop deck. The pool is awesome as well!
