Say hello to Sea-Renity! A recently built home in Prominence made with luxury in mind. The main floor of the home walks into an open concept of kitchen, living and dining space as well as easy access to the first-floor half bath. The kitchen comes fully stocked with luxury appliances and all the cooking utensils the family chef could need! The dining area includes seating for 8 with an additional 2 chairs. The living area is just perfect for a family movie or game night, complete with a large L shaped couch and 2 chairs. The second level of the home boasts 2 master bedrooms and 2 guest bedrooms! Master suite #1 includes a King bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. Master bedroom #2 includes a King bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom #1 includes two twin over twin bunks, twin trundles and a shared bathroom. Guest bedroom #2 includes a twin over queen bunk, a twin trundle, and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo. Overall, the home can accommodate up to 14 guests.

We enjoyed staying at Sea-Renity. The house is absolutely beautiful with all things thought of that you could need while traveling. The kitchen was fully stocked. Beach towels provided were also a nice addition so we did not have to rent them or buy them. Perfect location across from The Big Chill and close to the two community pools. Thank you for a great stay!

We love Prominence and stay here every year. This was our first stay at Sea-Renity and I can confidently say it truly lives up to its name. This home was perfect for our family, plus a couple of friends we brought for our kids. The managers made everything easy and answered all our questions pre-arrival. Will be booking again.

Our stay at Sea-renity was nothing short of incredible! The community amenities, including the resort pool and fitness center, added an extra level of enjoyment to our vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better beach rental experience in Prominence and cannot wait to come back next year. This is definitely a home we would rent annually!

Sea-renity was an absolute gem. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to easily prepare meals when we weren’t dining at The Big Chill. The location is the best we’ve stayed at so far on 30A. The community amenities including the pool, hot tub, and bike rentals, provided endless entertainment options for the whole family. We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway in Prominence.

The rental home in Prominence exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a stylish and comfortable interior that immediately made us feel at home. The proximity to The Big Chill was unbeatable, allowing us to easily walk over to dinner or to grab a quick drink. We highly recommend this rental home in Prominence for a perfect beach getaway.
This place was absolutely beautiful! Super clean and walking distance to “The Big Chill.” We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for vacation! We definitely will be coming back soon and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay down by the beach!
